Non-Member Ticket Booking Terms and Conditions

  6. The event organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by non-member ticket holders during the event, including but not limited to personal belongings, accidents, or health issues.
  7. Non-member ticket holders grant the event organizers and their authorized representatives the right to use their name, likeness, and any captured media (photographs, videos, recordings) for promotional and marketing purposes related to the event, without compensation or further consent.
  8. Non-member ticket holders may be required to present a valid ID or proof of ticket purchase (e-ticket or printed ticket) upon entry to the event. Unauthorized resale or transfer of tickets is strictly prohibited and may result in denial of entry.

Payment Terms and Conditions:

  1. Payment for non-member tickets must be made in full at the time of purchase through the designated payment platform or method provided by the event organizers.

Event Speaker Admission Terms and Conditions

  5. The event organizers may record, photograph, livestream, or otherwise capture your presentation and use the captured media for promotional, educational, and archival purposes, without compensation or further consent.
  6. The event organizers may make changes to the event schedule, speaker lineup, or program without prior notice. Speakers will be notified of any changes that directly affect their participation.
  7. Speakers are responsible for ensuring that the content of their presentation is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe upon any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property.

Payment Terms and Conditions:

  1. If selected as a speaker, the event organizers will provide information regarding the speaker fee or honorarium, if applicable, and the payment process.
  2. The speaker fee or honorarium, if applicable, will be communicated to the speaker in writing and must be accepted by the speaker before payment can be processed.
  3. The payment amount, method, and schedule will be agreed upon by both parties and outlined in the speaker agreement.
  4. The event organizers will make reasonable efforts to process the payment to the speaker within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, the event organizers will not be held liable for any delays or issues arising from the payment process.

Event Sponsor Admission Terms and Conditions

  6. The event organizers may publicly acknowledge and promote the sponsor’s involvement through various channels, including but not limited to event signage, websites, social media, press releases, and verbal acknowledgments during the event.
  7. Sponsors must adhere to any specific guidelines or restrictions set forth by the event organizers regarding branding, promotion, product placement, or any other aspects related to their sponsorship agreement.
